Betty Boxes at Bootcamp

A series of unfortunate events* has meant that I have missed several sessions of boot camp.
50 sets of chest punches, hooks, uppers and highs; followed by step ups ( I got bored so I did some high kicks) and situps for the pad holders, pushups for the boxers. Repeat for 100 punches of each kind. Normal and good.

But then we did situps, followed by punches; or perching on your tailbone, cycling your legs and trying to punch upwards. Ow. That showed my lack of general coordination!

I was pleasantly sore in the shoulder and back muscles the next day. It was good to have made it to boot camp.
